The main background plot which is continually influencing the storyline of almost all of marvel's main universe tied comic series and stories is of course the Dark Reign since the conclusion of the events of the Skrull Invasion, the title given to the series of events which allowed the shift of law concerned power and power to influence media approval to Norman Osborn. And hence the "World's Most Wanted" storyline of the invincible iron man series is primarily focused on stark being criminalised by the U.S government and all affiliated through the influence of Norman Osborn due to his seek for the unique technology and registration database in Tony Stark's mind. And Tony has no option but to maintain his fugitive status in order to make sure that Norman is not able to possess his sought knowledge. And Tony is evading capture by the law enforcement resources at Norman's Disposal through utilizing all of his remaining resources after the confiscation of his shield resources as well as his companies. And so Tony's run from the law is continued in this 18th issue of "Invincible Iron Man" series which is makes it 11th part of the "World's most wanted" story. Tony arrives at his remaining safe house in Afghanistan from where it all began, whilst being located by Norman's resources and pursued by him. During Tony's attempts to reinitiate his long abandoned armour's systems he is attacked by some fire armed local delinquents who address him in the most misspelled published Urdu I have ever read. While Norman is his contemptuous high-powered self maintaining his cool supported by his business executive ego. I especially like the way the characterization of Norman is integrated in to the role of Director of S.H.I.E.L.D, that his demeanour of high powered executive is kept such that he is able to conceal the nefariousness of H.A.M.M.E.R's activities under the veil of professionally congenial atmosphere. The ignorance of the employees of H.A.M.M.E.R is maintained until Norman let's his obsession with stark and psychotic tendencies get the better of him revealing his murderous intentions to one of his employees. All in all how the disintegration of stark's mind and the Norman's obsession in his pursuit is depicted well in this book and was to my liking. The only thing I found frustrating was the misrepresentation of the concerned geography's linguistics. First off the locals would not be speaking Urdu they would be speaking Afghani and secondly the Urdu written is very poor grammatically, semantically and also poor as far as spelling of the words is concerned. Also the speech of the locals is poorly translated as it is depicted that the armor's systems attempt to translate the locals for Tony and then Tony's speech to the locals. Some thing is seriously wrong with there urdu word processor or the Urdu penciler for the comic book creative staff is incompetent. The locals as depicted in this book begin their confrontation with Tony by saying what I would assume is "kill someone kill someone" and then gibberish and then "with this "gibberish" are you doing" then the suit translates "gibberish" then "tell me what you want" is translated correctly. Next dialogue "you are warrior (the word used means warrior not warlord), Tanpy Strk " and then the rest is gibberish again, misspelled and semantically incoherent. Nowhere have they called tony "Eternal Angel of death " in Urdu as it is translated by the armor. And the armor skips to translate the Urdu which should be "you have started this war" and the next dialogue is "me splendid (not "great" mind you) gibberish". Then the rest Urdu which is written should be translated as "Make us (not "me") great warriors, give us weapons, gibberish.". The next translation which the armor does is also incorrect and what is written in Urdu actually is "I totally won't translate this". And then the final translation done by the machine only proves that the person who fed the data into the Urdu translator program of the armor was either drunk or had no idea what he was doing. Tony's final dialogue to them "the eternal angel of death forgives you" is not translated at all but is said something else entirely "continue existing". Then Tony runs with his tale between his legs after putting on his armor. Some interesting revelations have been made in this issue which I wouldn't spoil for prospective readers.
