Dark Wolverine 78-80 Review

If I may be bold enough to opinionate about the fictional character Daken (Akhiro) in Marvel Universe I would say that I found the character in essence to be immorally diabolical and deviously sinister. What I mean is that I find the character to concoct devious schemes and whilst in doing so he does not attempt prevent the loss of collateral life and even consciously manipulating it to happen.
And some of his schemes seem to be only constituted of good deeds reveal sinister motive and nefarious purpose. Such as allowing the death of an innocent women he was manipulating to cause problems for Norman.

To what end was his machinations directed is beyond my understanding as of yet, whether the writers will competently make it clear in the future or they just want to create interest until the events of siege remains to be seen. The inclusion of this character in wolverine storyline to create interest is successful. Norman seems to be unaware of Daken's treacherous schemes.

And Norman's machinations in this book from issue 78 to 80 seem limited in purpose to rinse the public image of his employee Wolverine or his own which ever is attainable first, thus attempting to prevent his Avengers' reputation from tarnish. Norman's nefariousness and his morally challenged activities seem clearer such as tasking a group of criminals to terrorize and irresponsibly murder innocents just to divert the media's attention.
